Four-time Grammy Award-winning band Snarky Puppy are the first headliner to be announced for TD Victoria International JazzFest 2023.
The Victoria Jazz Society will present them as part of the festival’s ‘Marquee Series’ at The Royal Theatre performing on Thursday June 22, 2023. Snarky Puppy last performed in Victoria at the 2015 edition of TD JazzFest at the former Distrikt Nightclub.
The band’s 14th album ‘Empire Central’ was released in September 2022. It is nominated for a 2023 Grammy Award in the ‘Best Contemporary Instrumental Album’ category.

The 40th TD Victoria International JazzFest will take place from Thursday June 22 to Sunday July 2, 2023. More headliners will be announced in the new year and the complete lineup will be released in early April 2023.
