The Greater Victoria Public Library and the City of Vitoria present Local MusicFest in Centennial Square Saturday July 27, 2013. The GVPL will have a portable library set up on site so people can take out CDs from the the library’s new Local Music Collection before it hits GVPL shelves on July 29, 2013.
