Phillips Tilt 2024 is just a few days away.

15 artists and bands will be taking the stage at Phillips Brewery’s backyard Friday July 5 to Sunday July 6.

We have preview of what you can expect to see and hear. This is your Phillips Tilt 2024 Artist Preview.

OK Charlie – Day 1 (5:00)
OK Charlie is an indie/alt-rock band from Victoria. They started out as a cover band performing at various pubs in Victoria, but recently began releasing original music. Their debut single ‘Underground’ was their feature single during their stint as The [email protected] Zone Band of The Month for April 2024.

Vox Rea – Day 1 (5:55)
Vox Rea are an indie dream pop duo Kate and Lauren Kurdyak from East Sooke/Vancouver. The sisters were once part of trio called The Katherines. Vox Rea were The Zone’s January 2024 Band of The Month. Their new single ‘Missed By a Second’ was released in May and is their first new song in two years.

Hotel Mira – Day 1 (6:50)
Vancouver/Los Angeles band Hotel Mira return to the Phillips Tilt stage for the first time since 2022. The alternative rock band has always been fun to watch thanks to their engaging lead singer Charlie Kerr.

Half Moon Run – Day 1 (8:00)
4-time Juno Award winners Half Moon Run are also returning to the Phillips backyard for the first time since 2022. They headlined the festival in 2022. Band members Conner Molander and Dylan Phillips both went to middle and high school in Comox. Phillips also graduated with a bachelor of arts in classical piano at UVic. They were last in Victoria in November 2023 for a sold out show at The Royal Theatre.

Saint Motel (9:30pm)
Headlining day 1 of Tilt 24 is Los Angeles indie-pop band Saint Motel. The band is best known for their 2014 single ‘My Type’, the released three singles in 2023.

Teon Gibbs – Day 2 (4:05)
Teon Gibbs is a Vancouver rapper/producer. His music effortlessly blends various genres, including R&B, Soul and Hip-Hop, creating a unique sound that resonates with audiences.

LIINKS – Day 2 (5:00)
LIINKS are Victoria’s Georgia Murray and Tony Day. They were a Zone Band of The Month in June 2022, but have been making music together for more than a decade. When not making music as LIINKS, they have been writing and collaborating with international artists.

SonReal – Day 2 (5:50)
SonReal is a 4-time Juno nominated rapper from Vernon, BC. He’s been part of Canada’s rap scene for nearly two decades. The music video for his breakout single ‘Everywhere We Go’ from 2014 has more then 42-million views on YouTube. He has released four new singles so far this year

Flyana Boss – Day 2 (7:30)
Flyana Boss are a hip-hop duo from Los Angeles. Their single ‘You Wish’ went viral on TikTok in June 2023.

Jessie Reyez – Day 2 (9:00)
4-time Juno Award winning singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez headlines Day 2 of Phillips Tilt 2024. Reyez was last in Victoria in 2018 when she headlined Rifflandia. She has opened for Billie Eilish on two different tours. The Calvin Harris/Dua Lipa hit ‘One Kiss’ was written by Reyez and she has collaborated with Eminem multiple times.

Born Reckless – Day 3 (3:00)
Born Reckless is a Country/Rock band out of Victoria, B.C., which began as an acoustic duo, made up of Jon Bond and James Thomson. With Jon deeply rooted in country, and James in rock & roll, the two have mixed each other’s styles, creating a unique sound that pushes the boundaries of both mainstream country and rock.

Haleluya Hailu – Day 3 (4:35)
Haleluya Hailu is a Vancouver singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, poet and activist. Her website says she “manages to turn the awkward transition to adulthood into songs that anyone could lose themselves in.”

Goldie Boutilier – Day 3 (5:25)
Goldie Boutilier is a Canadian singer, songwriter, model and DJ. Raised on the music of Tammy Wynette and Dolly Parton, her music is noted for its cinematic quality and exploration of tragic romance, glamour, and melancholia, containing references to her small-town upbringing, with a nod to 1950s and 1960s Americana.

Noah Cyrus – Day 3 (6:35)
Noah Cyrus is a singer and actress from Nashville, Tennessee. If her last name seems familiar, yes she is Miley Cyrus’ younger sister. The 24-year-old has charted her own course in the music industry and recently released a song with Sunday’s headliner making a guest duet appearance a distinct possibility.

Orville Peck – Day 3 (8:20
Closing out Phillips Tilt 2024 will be Orville Peck. The South African country musician is known for wearing a mask on stage. He has collaborated Willie Nelson, Elton John and Kylie Minogue. He last performed on Vancouver Island at Sunfest 2022 in Lake Cowichan.
