Victoria’s Upstairs Cabaret announced on Facebook on March 19, 2018 that they have increased the venue’s capacity to 500 people which will allow them to host larger shows and add new features to their club nights.
“We worked really hard with the city of Victoria and liquor control to ensure that the safety of our patrons as at the forefront . We did a major rehaul of the washrooms, adding a whole new area for male washrooms that is separate from the females. This allowed us to create a huge visuals wall that is unreal to see now,” said Surge Events founder and Upstairs Cabaret Program and Market Strategy Manager Dave Bain.
Upcoming concerts at Upstairs Cabaret include Madchild (April 13), Bridal Party (April 21), Freak Heat Waves (May 6), Layten Kramer & Peach Pyramid (May 10), and RITTZ (June 3)
