The City of Victoria presents the ‘Spirit of 150 Victoria – First Night‘ New Year’s Eve celebration with performances by Dear Rouge, Alex Cuba, The Vic High R&B Band, The Midnights, The Lekwungen Dancers and The Esquimalt Singers and two additional acts to be announced live at Victoria’s Inner Harbour Saturday December 31, 2016. The show will end with a fireworks display timed with a fireworks display in Ottawa.
