Nanaimo based band Maverick Cinema have released a music video for their song ‘Old Oaks and Pine Trees’. The music video stars Victoria’s Noah Edwards (of Noah Edwards Band, No Liars and SYN{A}PSE) and Sheri Cottrell. The video was produced by Victoria’s Mike Morash of Cambiguous Productions
The video starts at the UVic library where Sheri Cottrell gets tired of school work and she proceeds to find Noah Edwards and they embark on a hike and end up sitting on the rocks by the ocean.
‘Old Oaks and Pine Trees’ is off of Maverick Cinema’s debut EP ‘Sactuary’ which Victoria artist Mike Edel produced and Victoria musicians Sjoerd Meyer (of The Carlines) and Aaron Scoones were audio engineers for.
