A Kickstarter campaign has launched to fund the completion of ‘A Matter of Time – An ALS Documentary’ which is about Kathryn Calder experiences as full-time caregiver for her mother who was diagnosed with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
Calder’s solo album ‘Are You My Mother’ was inspired by and recorded during that turbulent period. The documentary features interviews with authors, doctors and musicians who have insight into Kathryn’s journey and centres on a benefit concert held July 4, 2012 (Lou Gehrig Appreciation Day).
The Kickstarter goal is $50,000 by July 22, 2013.
