2. Carmanah at Upstairs Cabaret- One Soul (March 29, 2012)

Carmanah was one of those bands that came out of nowhere for me and blew me away. Their set opening for The Boom Booms was just that good. I highly considered picking a video from that show, but this video from Upstairs Cabaret in March just looked better. Granted, I used my SLR for this video rather than my little Canon TX-1 point and shoot, but even so, I just really like the colour in this video. Laura Mitic just stands out from the blue-ish purple background and it suits this beautiful song nicely. My only regret is that my stereo mics were off being repaired so the audio quality isn’t has high as I would have liked.
