9. Carmanah at Longwoodstock 2015 – Boxcar (August 15, 2015)

Everytime I’ve seen Carmanah perform ‘Boxcar’ this year (and I’ve seen Carmanah live about 5 times this year) I think to myself, “This is my favourite Carmanah song.” I don’t know if it’s the tone of Laura’s voice in melody of the verses or the staggered vocals of all four band members between verses that I enjoy more. The interesting thing is there’s no official recording of the song anywhere. I don’t know if ‘Boxcar’ is the actual name of the song and I don’t even know if I’m allowed to post this video, but f*** it, I’m doing it anyway because I loved this performance at Nanaimo’s inaugural Longwoodstock too damn much.
