5. Maureen Washington at First Metropolitan United Church – O HOly Night (November 30, 2014)
Jazz singer Maureen Washington has one of the most incredible voices in the city and this performance of Christmas classic ‘O Holy Night’ at her Christmas CD Release show in November ended with a standing ovation. The passion she puts into this performances is stunning. The church was using a new lighting grid for this show and I have to say it made for great photos and video. Also considering I was shooting this from the very back of the church, the acoustics in there are also pretty darn good.
