With the help of a hand-picked jury of people in tune with the Victoria Music Scene, The Times Colonist’s Mike Devlin spotlights the best of 2012 with the Times Colonist Music Awards.
This year the jury was asked to vote for their top 5 picks for Best Album, Breakout Artist, Live Performers, Best Single and Act to Watch.
As a side note, the five winners and many of the runners-up and honourable mentions appear in Victoria Music Scene’s Top 20 Local Artist Moments of 2012
