After a five-year hiatus, Symphony Splash is back!
The Victoria Symphony will celebrate its 85th anniversary with an expanded two-day event at Victoria’s Inner Harbour Saturday August 2 and Sunday August 3, 2025.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring back an expanded Symphony SPLASH! over the B.C. Day long weekend,” said Matthew White, CEO of Victoria Symphony. “This momentous event marks a key milestone in the orchestra’s 85th anniversary season, honouring Victoria Symphony’s indelible legacy and celebrating its future within our treasured community.”
Saturday will feature Juno-Nominated Indigenous singer-songwriters Celeigh Cardinal and Shawnee Kish with The National Youth Orchestra of Canada in the afternoon. The evening set is headlined by Latin Nights with Sal Ferreras featuring Adonis Puentes and the Victoria Symphony.
This year, the symphony will offer a limited number of reserved grandstand seating located directly across from the BC Legislature. Tickets ranger from $5 to $88 and are available at victoriasymphony.ca
The National Youth Orchestra of Canada will kick off the live music the Sunday afternoon and then the Victoria Symphony will close out the evening with their traditional Symphony Splash show with a fireworks grand finale.
