Victoria’s Kady and Jesse have released their new single ‘Draw Your Curtains’ available for streaming on YouTube.
Kady and Jesse is a soul-folk project by Kady Savard and Jesse Horwood.
“In 2012, Kady Savard and I wrote a collection of soul/folk songs we were very excited about,” said Horwood in a Facebook post. “With both of us busy living, the songs always sat on the artistic backburner until I found myself in Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 2015. I started a band with four insanely talented local musicians, let them loose on the tracks and we recorded live off the floor in a rad little studio by the river just before I left.
Savard recorded her vocals in 2017. Now, after 7 years, they are releasing ‘Draw Your Curtains’ as the first single for a full album called ‘The Tiny Ocean Project: Craw Your Curtains’.
