High Times Cannabis Cup Canada have announced Wyclef Jean will headline the 2017 Legends Valley Music Festival Sunday August 27, 2017.
The announcement comes a week after High Times completed the purchase of the festival from Wideglide Entertainment and also after Body Count was forced to cancel due to an injury to their bass player.
