Mouth Breather (aka Owen Hooper) has released a music video for his latest solo single ‘Shrug’. The music video was shot at various locations including University Heights Shopping Centre in Saanich, The Victoria Conference Centre and outside Wellburn’s market. The video was directed by William Wilkinson.
