The third time was truly the charm. 102.7 The Peak has announced that Victoria’s JP Maurice has reached the top 3 in the 7th and final Peak Performance Project BC. This was the third time JP Maurice has been a finalist in the contest. His former band ‘Maurice’ participated in 2011 and he placed 4th in 2012. While he now lives in Vancouver, JP’s roots are right here in Victoria.
JP Maurice will now perform at the Peak Performance Project finale showcase at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver where the $102,700 grand prize winner will be announced Thursday November 19, 2015.
The other finalists named to the top 3 are Bed of Stars from Abbotsford and Van Damsel from Kamloops
