The Downtown Victoria Business Association presents Victoria Car Free Day 2015 Sunday June 21, 2015. Six blocks of Douglas Street in Victoria will be closed to traffic for a celebration of community featuring 3 stages of live entertainment. The full lineup was released Thursday June 11, 2015.
