Victoria’s Kandle and Kendel have released a six-song EP of Neil Young covers called ‘Birds’ available for digital download and streaming.
Juno-nominated singer Kandle Osborne and fiddler/vocalist Kendel Carson teamed to record the EP on a whip after working on Kandle’s upcoming full-length album. They were also joined by Debra-Jean Creelman.
“We wanted to be somewhere else for a spell and it was granted by whiskey, reverb and 6 beautiful, dark tunes from the early 70s,” said Kandle. “We boarded his silver spaceship looking for respite from the pandemic.”
