The Victoria Jazz Society have announced Dee Dee Bridgewater & The Memphis Soulphany, The Spanish Harlem Orchestra, and St. Paul & The Broken Bones as the first round of headliners for the 2018 TD Victoria International JazzFest
All three headliners will perform the Marquee Series at The Royal Theatre.
