The Victoria Jazz Society have announced Ziggy Marley and guitarist Tommy Emmanuel as two more headliners for the 2017 TD Victoria International JazzFest. They join Mavis Staples and Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox as Royal Theatre headliners for the festival.
