11. AIVIA at Market Square – This Summer (August 2, 2014)
The Market Square Courtyard Sessions are some of my favourite shows to shoot. The stripped down performances combined the beautiful background of Market Square always seem to turn out great looking videos. AIVIA’s session and performance of ‘This Summer’ stood out this year. For one thing, people in attendance or just passing by were purchasing copies of their EP they had in front of the stage while they were performing. Secondly, this performance of ‘This Summer’ was apparently the first time AIVIA has performed this song acoustically and they made it sound like it’s something they’ve done for years.
